It’s simply not equipped to run applications. Nor was it intended to.
As a side note, why on Earth do you need an application to play truth or dare? It’s a simple game that only requires you to think up questions and fun dares. Honestly, if you can’t be bothered to think up your own dares/questions, that’s a sad indictment.

It is also quite annoying when you ask the same question multiple times. There is currently no app market for the EnV
